Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within Josue Ibañez Studio after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the carrier's service. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions) may impact delivery times.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring they are available to receive the package.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the customer must cover the re-shipping cost.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier (FedEx, DHL, etc.).

  • If a package is marked as "delivered" but was not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local carrier office, or contacting the shipping provider directly.

Claims for Lost or Damaged Items

  • For claims with FedEx/DHL, you have 21 days from the moment we send your tracking number to initiate a claim.

  • To file a claim, you must provide photos of:

    • The product

    • The original packaging (box)

    • The shipping label/waybill

  • Claims must be submitted directly to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  • No refunds or returns are available, as this is a self-sustaining project.

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, a replacement can be issued only if the shipping cost is covered by the customer.

  • If a replacement is needed due to an issue caused by the printing process, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
